i posted that message a while back, looks like it made it to the net again.
anyway, i got an answer from e-mail. turns out i had to set the card that the
SS is in to "Your Card" and all worked fine. I'm not sure why, since the 'scope
does indeed work the other way.
also, i can digitize up to 30 KHz with the software supplied with the SS, but I
get too much static. I get hardly any static with az 1.2s, but my max rate
is limited to about 23Khz.
