bit mouse programming

Hi. I have a bitmouse and an enhanced iie... I am looking for a simple
text editor program that uses the mouse. I don't want a fancy desktop
publishing program that takes 5 minutes to update the graphics screen...
preferably something that would use the text screen and characters in
80 col mode.... any knowledge about such a great "simple" program?
