BufferInit, if I remember correctly, works within the limits of the printer
port (and hence is unsuitable for your use) and only works to 64K.
Express, by SevenHills Software, is the closest thing to what you want, but is
being updated to work properly with parallel cards (if you used Express
currently with a parallel printer card you'd find it slower than not using
Express). Express doesn't use Ram as the buffer however, rather it is a
spooling program that uses your hard disk.
