Well, I can tell you from personal experience that AE is NOT a big company.
When I was working there, there were no more than 30 employees.  Playing
dumb isn't necessarily the best way to go, either.  The repair techs have
enough work to do without having to figure out what's wrong with a board
without any idea what caused its failure.
