HyperCard IIGS info needed

I've been porting a Mac HyperCard stack to HyperCard IIGS.
Well, all is going well except that I would like to touch
up some of the icons (they didn't survive the coversion
via HyperMover that well).  I have a copy of HperCard IIGS
which came with ShoeBox from Seven Hills. It does not come
with the regular Help stack, and other stacks which seem to
come with the full HC IIGS 1.1 package.

Here is my question:

Does the full HC IIGS package come with an icon editor?
What else does it come with? (O.K. I had 2 questions!)

I would like to find out so I can decide whether to buy the
full package!
