Disk Cache for Test Drive II

I've decided to post the Cache for The Duel to comp.binaries.apple2
instead of sending it to all the individuals in the interest of
saving of time (it's been a hell of a quarter so far...) and since
no one has objected (no one has called me a shameless pirate, yet...)
I think it's safe to do so.

So, the TD.Cache along with the original docs by Mr. Slick (of Soft-Sect,
gee, whatever happen to "[in]famous" pirates?) and other misc. technical
details.

The TD.Cache is not a CDA, instead, it is a PIF (Permanent Init File.)

Time to dig out that old TD2 and give it another play.
