I don't have any Applesoft reference of any kind, but I've *always* found that
something like IF B GOTO 100 will cause an error. My guess would be that the
manual was simply incorrect. In any event, it shouldn't be any big deal to
replace "GOTO" with "THEN" or "THEN GOTO".
