Yeah, you need some software/hardware to allow you to read the fast PAL's and
write the same data to a new PAL. Since AE is no longer making them, I see
nothing morally wrong with making them yourself, as long as you aren't making
a profit off them. After all, the PAL's had to be designed by SOMEONE, and
that person would probably be justifiably upset if you made money off his/her
hard (??) work.
