To ID a TWGS, you scan $BC/0000 for the bytes 'TWGS' and then if a TWGS is
present, there are some vectors you can JSL to in bank $BC to control the
thing. Easier to code for than the ZipGS, although this may cause conflicts
if your GS is maxed out in RAM since bank $BC is reserved for RAM.
