Spec. Ed. software wanted

We received a request from an area teacher today who is looking for
shareware software for speech and language developmentally challenged
students.  She had a catalog from a company called Institute for Human
Resource Development in Glastonbury, Connecticut which seems to be out of
business that had hundreds of titles.  Does anyone know about this
company?  Does anyone know if the software is available for downloading
anywhere?
