Ramfast 2.01e to 3.0j Problems!!

Hello out there!   I have been very happy with my Ramfast rev C. 2.01e
card for as long as I have owned it till recently.

I upgraded to a 3.0j rom 


Now:::::::

		I have lost backrground tape backup support
			Ramfast access the disk but doesn't send
			to the tape drive in background
			In the util screen all works okay.


		I am frequently getting messed up file transfers under
		3.0   I suspect the Ramfast Revision or board  because
		nothing in my system has changed except for the upgrade
		Note this mostly happens when doing >4meg transfers.

		I have 8meg of system memory and know that is NOT the
		problem.  My directries on the hd are always getting
		messed up.  This happened once on 2.01e roms and 
		6 times now on the 3.0   Little things I can fix but
		none the less a nuisance.     Deliverance saved the day
		several times now.


Any clue?    Is there a design flaw with the ramfasts????????
I have heard rumors but that is all.   I would love background
tape support again, but I have just bought GSTape and need the
3.0 roms for that program to work.
