The Wincester name is from the original IBM 30/30 disk pack which had a FIXED
30 meg platter and a removable 30 meg platter ==  30/30 was also a model of a
Winchester rifle.  so 30/30 == Winchester and since the 30/30 was a flying
head design the name Winchester disk is now assocated with sealed flying head
disk technology.
