It is an Appple II+ compatible.  (The FAQ can give you info on the II+)

Apple II/II+ manuals (easy to find) should give you enough information.

No.  You got a very good deal, actually, but you can get a genuine II+ for
about that price

Is this a IIe expansion card, or a II+ one, or a Franklin card?  The IIe
one wouldn't work, a normal II+ one would go into slot 3, and the Franklin
one might go into slot 0 or three.

I think 64K.

A couple of notes on the Franklin Ace 1000: It is a II+ clone with,
supposedly, 64K on board and a few other "improvements."  The problem is,
however, that ProDOS doesn't work with it, without a patch.  Some software
may not work with it, as well, because of minor changes to the ROM.
