ftp.uu.net [192.48.96.9] is "everything oriented." The two papers, as
well as others, are in /doc/internet, and there's some Apple II stuff
in /systems/apple2.
UUNET also has mirrors of archives for other systems, BSD 4.2 source
code and manuals, RFC's, and lots of other goodies.
