Several (three) years ago GS/OS was one of the very very few operating
systems around that allowed dynamic installation of device drivers
and other operating system components. (This has changed recently with
NeXTStep 3.0 and Mac System 7).
GS/OS has a virtual filesystem concept that allows you to plug in
new filesystems at will. Very, very few other OS's have this.
As far as "does not exist in _any_ other OS" that's hard to do,
these days. Suffice it to say that the two I mentioned are extremely
important.
