They are supposed to send you a real manual. I got new manuals when I bought
my ROMs from TMS.

Drew already explained why this is happening. It simply isn't worth it to
them to continue the offer because the frequency of upgrade orders has
become a trickle compared to what it originally was.

If you didn't jump when he announced it, what's yer problem? You're better
off finding a buyer for your Rev C and buying a new Rev D, anyway...
