I remember seeing the same question asked in InciderA+.
I experienced the same error while troubleshooting some hardware at last
KansasFest.  I believe it was related to my Zip accelerator.  Trying pulling
your Zip out, if you have one, and run the diagnostics again.  If you don't have
a Zip, well, I guess I'll have to rummage through some back issues to find
that article again.
