	That PFS:Convert program is available on one of the FTP site mentioned
in the Apple II FAQ listing. I found it a couple of months ago, but can't seem
to remeber which site it was on. I'd suggest doing a search with Archie for the
word "PFS" (used in the actual filename I downloaded).
