Hey, LZW is LZW, RLE is RLE, and Huffman... well, Huffman can take a few
twists and turns. They can copyright their code, but they can't copyright
their output. :-)
(This should not be construed as a definite, "yes, I plan to add this" type
message. I don't really know how complicated their format is or what all
it would entail to write it. One small step at a time.)
