Sure, Cynthia Field has an email address, but it wouldn't help to mail a
request to her. She was just the author of the Software newsletter.
Since you're the first guy that asked, Sam, I have 2 of the cards. One I
already sent in, and one that I'll send in with *your* name and address.
Send it to me via email.
For anyone else that doesn't get inCider and can;t mail the card in, pick up
the phone and call Apple's 800 Customer Service number; no, I don;t have it
off-hand. Request the free Apple II Software Newsletter, and while you're at
it, ask them for the Apple II Guide. I don;t know if they have any of those
left, but it's worth a try. Someone else will have to post the 800 #.
