Nope, that's either the MEGA II or VGC (Video Graphics Controller).

The Ensoniq is the 40-pin DIP right next to the memory expansion
socket.  It is labelled "343-0051-A", copyright Apple 86.

It is socketed in my ROM 01, but soldered into the motherboard on my
ROM 03.
