Yes, we should ask InterPlay to come out a sequel instead of a typing program.
Even Battle Chess II GS is a great idea too.

I have not tried it, but running the 70mm mode on 9MHz GS is really fast!

Please be reminded that Shanghai II contains another game - Dragon Eye. 
Mahjong GS is a close clone of the first game of the Shangai II. And they share
similar characteristics:

1. Both of them are very slow.
2. Both of them does not have great graphics. The original Shanghai by 
   Activision is much better. 3D effect is also better in Shangai.

Shangai II is better than Mahjong GS because:

1. Shangai II has animation.
2. Shangai II has sound.
3. Shangai II has more layouts and tile sets.
4. Shangai II has a completely new game called Dragon Eye.

By the way, Mahjong GS is a misleading name. Mahjong is actually a different 
game altogether. It is played by 4 players, and is a much more complex games.
The only similarity between Shangai type of games and Mahjong is the tiles they
used.
