Need Appleworks 3.x to Unix file filter!

Does anyone have a AWKS 3.x to TeX, *roff, Postscript, or some other
format filter available?  I would LOVE to be able to do something with
some doc files that I have without downloading from work to my Apple, putting
them on a 3.5", then finding someone who has AWKS and having them print
the files for me (no, I don't have AWKS).

Any ideas?
