This is news to me...do you have any details?  During my work in DTS
and Apple II engineering I have seen bug reports from BrainStorm, and
I have seen certain Finder features implemented after they requested
them; but I do not know of any silly or destructive legal tricks.  It
bothers me to see statements like that without hard information.
