Actually, I did convert Raster Blaster and Tranquility Base to run from
ProDOS on the GS. Didn't take much for RB, though I added an option to
switch the flipper buttons so that the option/apple keys make sense. TB
required some messing with Alternate Display Mode, so it runs less than
perfectly.

Since they're now publicly owned, I can post these two to cba2 if anyone
is interested.
