A call to Zip will tell you that they are not in Chapter 11 anymore and
have found a new manufactor to make the 8mhz chip, but that will take
up to 8 weeks. The information you read came from a bad source, this
information came direct from Zip's CEO and was passed through Ogg-Net.
I will post the article when I get a chance to take it off my board.
