Apple 2 SuperDrive Card

I posted about this problem earlier, but received no reply.  Plus I have a 
little more to add.

I have a high density Apple SuperDrive connected to the controller card in
slot 5, and the ramdisk (which I have set to 800k) no longer appears. 
When you disable the card in the control panel, the ramdisk reappears.
Before I had one SuperDrive and one 800k drive connected to the card, and I
thought the the ramdisk just had a problem remapping to slot 2 drive 1, but
after disconnecting the 800k drive and just having the SuperDrive connected, 
the ramdisk still does not work or show up as drive 2.

Any help would be appreciated.
