Occasionally we see for sale posts and other commercial messages in csa2.
IMO these messages should include everyone when practically possible to do
so.
IMO if they do not and only include citizens of one country in this great
big world then the thread is arguably not so much a public service.

The last time I looked this is comp.sys.apple2 and not comp.sys.ebay.usa or
comp.sys.myhomebusiness.usa.
