The compression program is called "Freeze"

It's available at pindarus.cs.uiuc.edu in the /pub/apple2/gno subdirectory.
As you can probably guess... Freeze works under GNO. I don't know if it
works under the ORCA shell.
However, I have used Freeze with GNO and I have noticed increased compression
as opposed to Compress. However, I stick with compress since we have it on
my school account and it works on both.
