e//e user needs modem program...

I've just been getting started in telecommunications with my e//e, and need a
good program (preferably on the cheap side) for running my modem (ProModem
1200A).  Specifically, I need VT100 emulation... with ANSI codes and the whole
bit.  Anybody know of one?  I've tried Ascii Express (an old version), and it
does the job, but any ANSI codes send across are just garbage on my screen.
