Looking for ftn $D8/0001 (ACE)

I am looking for file type notes $D8/0001 for the file type
ACE.  According to the ATN.INDEX.92.06, ACE files are described
in $D8/0001, and I was unable to find it in ftp.apple.com,
in the dts/aii/ftn directory.  I've also download the update
to the ftn, and it was not in the update either.
