	There are some launchers out there, like LaunchPad, the new
TransProg III (commercial) which will slow down the TWGS or Zip, and

	I disagree.  If a game uses a synchronization routine, it will
run fine under TWGS or Zip'ed machines.  Heartbeat tasks have more
overhead, and you can achieve the same thing by sync'ing from $e1c019
or $e1c02e.  And heartbeat tasks and stack animation is a little
trickier to get right.

	Old games like Rastan and Task Force (I think) didn't sync,
because a certain amount of processor time is wasted while you are
sync'ing, and it was their decision to make it run faster on 2.8 mhz
machines rather than making it speed independent.
