Hmm. I need to actually disable the mouse or else... chaos.
So how can that be done? (Or better yet, how about figuring out where standard
menu DefProcs are in memory, which is still, IMHO, the best solution)

Well than it's got to be something -almost- safe. I like Ctrl-Shift. The keys
are large and adjacent, letting you punch them both at the same time with a
natural maneuver of the hands :)
