I'll forward your message/question to BurgerBill himself :-)  He is on
a networked Apple II BBS that started in Los Angeles.  I was hoping
BattleChess II would be ported, but a lot depends on the sale of OOTW.

Following up on your "totally unrelated information":  Cool!  I used to
love the Transformers, that is, until all the stupid characters started
to appear, and they started to make plastic toys, instead of the nice
metal die-cast ones :(  Everything after the DinoBots pretty much sucked.
