Although I don't have any hard specs on the Profile I can tell you a little
about them. No, they are not SCSI - they use their own controller card.
They are most likely 5 meg drives, although they could be 10 megs. By
today's standards they are noisy, bulky and very slow but like most things
made by Apple, they are real workhorses. My first hard drive was a 5 meg
Profile and for what I paid for it way back then, you can now buy a .5 gig
drive! Realistically, they are probably worth about $50 each now. They
might be good for running a small BBS, though.
