I beg your pardon? This is really an unfounded answer to an ill-defined
question. I have dozens of these "surveys" sitting around which I hand out
as assignments related to properly designing an experiment, survey, etc...
There are, as I'm sure you are aware, many factors not taken into account
in survey x. Type of channel, definition of "micro", length of time in use,
unit versus dollar value of shipments, period looked at, etc...
 
Nevertheless, the 15% figure is truly one which I have only rarely seen. Noone
belives it. It's an upper bound.
