HCGS, PlatPaint upgrades

    Resource-Central handles the HCGS 1.1 update (they need the Installer
and Tour disk from the set) and Quality Computers carries Platinum Paint
2.0.  Tom Smith just sent in the front cover of his PlatPaint manual along
with about $30 and Quality mailed back a complete 2.0 package.
