Sounds like a keyboard problem, either in the keyboard or the ADB
microcontroller.  Do you have any nearby friends with a IIgs?  If so,
borrow their keyboard and see if the problem goes away.  If it does,
you probably need a new keyboard.  If not, you probably need a new
motherboard.

Actually, a Mac ADB keyboard would also work.
