There could be any number of reasons he won't ship to Canada. One of 
them is probably price, as shipping from the US to Canada adds quite a 
bit to the total price of the product. 

But you couldn't ask or even do research, could you? *shaking head* 

Check that mirror next time you wonder why people have a bad impression 
of Canadians.
