FTP --> IBM --> APLEM

Hi!

Me again, the guy with the emulator, kermit et al questions.  First, I want to
thank everybody for answering all my posts, you people are a great help.

Now on to the question:

I am now running APLEM on my IBM computer.  I would like to know if it is
possible to get a file from FTP and process it on the IBM to a .DSK image (or
integrate it into one) so that I can run the Apple programs on my IBM without
having to go through the real Apple to convert.

Any suggestions, solutions and initiatives are most welcome!
