Only users who have subscribed (signed up for, etc.) this service will
be charged.  If you try to send a message to someone with a GEnie
account and they have not signed up for this, your message will bounce
(at no cost to them).  Also note that your bounced message does NOT
contain ANY text from the original file (so save a copy if you don't
want to retype it).

If the GEnie user HAS signed up for this service, they are charged (as I
understand it) 30 cents for every 5K of text coming in OR going out!
That means that they are charged for the mail they send *AND* the mail
they receive.  Kinda stupid if you ask me....

One more thing.  I heard from a friend who has a GEnie account that an
Internet address which they want to send mail to must have NO MORE than
35 characters.  This sounds really strange...can anyone confirm it?
