Yup.  Still is, in fact.  Just not pixelMap2Rgn (lowercase "p" before
it became part of system software), since it includes information Apple
protects as intellectual property.  The source includes a .obj file so
you can still build and link the tool/library, and play with the parts
you do have source to.
