Oh boy, I think you got it all wrong.
I think he is refer to the project Avatar.
Avatar is a (still-in-development) computer that is supposed to be the
Super IIGS. It will use IBM clone casing, keyboard, etc to save the cost,
but internally, it is a super fast 65816 machine. It uses Ensoniq, and have
much better screen resolution and colours (640 x 480 x 256 default,
resolution and colours actually programmable, depends on VRAM).
According to Bill, it will run most well behaved Apple IIGS software.
