Not practical. Too much data. Also you can't program the FPGA while it is running - you can only program the flash and then reboot. Too dangerous for untested bits. The $12 cable is the way to go. If you really really want to program from the A2, connect the cable to a printer card and port the JTAG configuration program to 6502.
