vt100 emulation for apple2

Hi.

I don't read this newsgroup, but am posting for a friend (who doesn't read news
at all).  He has an Apple II-plus (or e, I am not sure at this point), and
needs vt-100 emulation so he can dial in to our campus library catalog.  Can
anyone point me to a possible source?  Please e-mail responses.
