NetATalk on a Linux box .. and an EtherWave, Bridgebox type card or
the 'rare' Apple II Ethernet card will do both your TCP/IP rawness,
via Marinetti, and your AFP via Apple's own drivers.

Now heck, I have NetATalk on an iPhone, and seeing as it's actually
running, perhaps the core still has whats needed for AFP support in it
for the Apple II - heck, maybe it's already on. I'll have to try that.
I never thought of that ..

'cause I've not had luck in the past years with NetATalk on OS X, and
had not tried recently. But Phase I was not supported on OS X. So you
needed to do NetATalk.
