I'm also game to trust Steve and Alex for the $200.  I don't know them
personally, but I feel reasonably confident they will deliver and
support the Carte Blanche.

Bill, I guess us Albertans nabbed all the heat.  We've had a fairly
warm, dry July.  I'd send you some heat if I could.  :)  How are the
mosquitoes in Winterpeg?
