An Ethernet transceiver (or MAU http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medium_Attachment_Unit
) connects between an AUI port (DA-15F) on a network device and either
10base5 (thicknet), 10base2 (thinnet) or 10baseT (twisted pair)
Ethernet cable (or a fibre optic cable with 10baseF).

To convert 10base2 to 10baseT you need a media converter.

What ports do you have on the rear of your unit?
