Re: KFest 2009 Report
Well, I was bummed that Kfest was ending, I was having an incredible
time once again. I ended up extending Kfest before my 7:30am
departure by pulling an all-nighter. That gives me a total of 13.5
hours of sleep over 4 nights - totally worth it!
I ended up doing a load of ZipGS hacking last night. Got Michael Kent
lined up with a 10/64 mhz Zip, fixed James Littlejonh's, and got
started on a third one. The Reactive Micro crew (Henry and Anthony)
as well as Tony Diaz were hanging out late. The good conversation
lasted until we eventually parted ways sometime around 4 AM. Then I
packed.
It was sad to see that another Kfest was over, but at the same time it
brings me home with rejuvenated inspiration for some projects I've had
in mind for the rest of the year. Its great to see so much programming
talent, hardware talent, and die hard Apple II users brought together
at one event to share thoughts, stories, and experiences around a
computer that we all love.

btw, I would love to hear a concurrent Mt.KeiraFest report!
