Sorry, please disregard my previous comment regarding the developer
CD's!

I just remembered that I have some of these CD's too thanks to the
generous efforts of Paul R. Santa-Maria, and Willi who uploaded them
to the Apple II Gmail account about 18 months ago. I really should go
through these CD's when I get some free time....
